My name is Alicia, coining myself as The Realtélier (pronounced Real-tell-ee-ay) - merging a successful career as a Hotelier with a new career as a Realtor. Born and raised in Pitt County, I grew up understanding that curiosity is a calling and courage is a choice. As an only child guided by a mother who championed big questions and even bigger dreams, I learned early that fear is often just a doorway waiting to be opened. Encouraged to soar beyond Eastern North Carolina but carry home with me, I enrolled at North Carolina Central University. After graduation, I continued living and working in the Raleigh-Durham area, pursuing a career in Hospitality & Tourism; growing both personally and professionally. A few years later, I relocated to Johnston County, where I pursued homeownership and began planting deeper roots in the community. Closing on my first home was more than a milestone — it was an answered prayer. In that moment, I understood firsthand that home is not just about square footage, curb appeal, or home decor. It’s about security, legacy and creating a foundation for the life you’re building. With more than a decade in the hospitality industry, I’m passionate about serving others, attentive to details and curating genuine human connections. Guided by faith, I stepped fully into real estate — not because of trends or inspiration from late nights watching HGTV, but because I believe spaces shape lives - and your space should be yours to own!
